Danny Navarrete, NIC

Danny is the the CEO and founder of Premiere Career Services. He has 18 years of experience providing career solutions to job seekers and employers in the San Francisco Bay Area. Danny holds a National Certificate of Achievement in Employment Services from San Diego State University, Bachelor's degree in Human Development and 2 associates degrees in Deaf Studies and American Sign Lanaguge. In addition, Danny is a Nationally Certified ASL Interpeter.
Carol Motta
Senior Career Services Specialist
Carol has over 20 years of experience supporting the disabled community with an emphasis in Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has worked as an Applied Behavioral Analysis Therapist, then Supervisor and Trainer. Carol later provided direct in-home care and support to families affected by autism, including assistance with navigating services and Individual Education Plan meetings. Her education includes a B.A. degree in Human Development with an emphasis in Adult/Gerontology.
Sarah Moore
Sarah Moore is a Career Services Specialist/Interpreter for Premiere Career Services. She received her Associates in Arts Degree in Deaf Studies/American Sign Language from Ohlone College and then went on to California State University Northridge where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Deaf Studies with a focus in Interpreting. Sarah worked for a non-profit organization providing employment services to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community, supported individuals with disabilities with independent living skills, and was an educational interpreter in several school districts around the Bay Area.

American Sign Language Interpreter
Kelly Wilmeth comes to Premiere Career Services after a long standing career in higher education. Kelly began working as a job coach in the Workability III program at Ohlone College immediately after graduation from the Ohlone College IPP program in 1999. What followed was a promotion to Job Placement Specialist and later Employment Developer. Kelly began work as the Director of Interpreting and Accommodation Services at Ohlone College in 2004 where she continued to serve Deaf and Disabled students as a Certified Interpreter and service provider for many years.
